My complaint:

I made reservation with mytrip and payed cancellation protection that provides 90% refund voucher.
I applied to the call center and was instructed to cancel the flight through Wizz site and to send notification to mytrip, what I did. No mail was returned and I did not received the refund voucher.

Send the Refund Voucher
