My complaint:
In December of 2019 our family booked and paid for flights to Thailand for May 2020. Due to Covid all flights were cancelled. Since March 2020 till now we have been unsuccessful in getting any positive response from MyTrip. The airlines said that they have processed the refund to them and we need to contact them. Nobody is helpful in responding to emails.
