My complaint:
We have not received our ticket refund yet. We have contacted the airlines and they clearly told us that they have processed the refund from their end long back. But when I contact your team, it us the same answer I get and there is no update in your tracking system too, it was updated last on 18th August.
Also, I would like to mention here that one of our friends, with a similar situation has got their refund already. Why is the delay happening for us?
I am sorry to say but if there is no response from your side I will have to raise a complaint with the airlines about the internal travel agent feedback.
We have undergone grievances because of your delay, like:
1) our primary trip to India got cancelled and could not reunite with family after such a long covid break.
2) children are very upset and their vacation got wasted.
3) could not make any alternate travel plans because of the money that is locked.
I am writing this after so many attempts of contacting you and the monotonous response that you have been giving. Please understand our situation and refund our ticket amount ASAP.
Suggested solution:
They should refund our amount asap.
