My complaint:
Booked a return flight Southampton to Dublin through Mytrip. The flight home was cancelled by the airline (Eastern Airways) who instructed us to claim the refund through Mytrip. 1½hrs on the phone with them then I received emails saying that they can apply for the refund on my behalf but they would apply their fees. I said this was acceptable. They they sent me a vague email saying that I had to phone a number (which is permanently engaged) thus leaving me at a dead end and unable to get my money. There were 3 people whose flights I booked on 2 booking references who all need the refund for the return portion of the flight.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. I also feel they should now NOT apply their fees as a gesture of apology regarding their terrible customer service.
