My complaint:

The customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. One of my flights was changed which required rebooking due to connection issues. I have been calling to speak to a manager and they have told me for the last 3 days that they will call back. My flights are due to depart soon and they do not help. I spoke directly with the airline who would offer me new flights if only my booking company would contact them… but Mytrip does not react. They just promise that their manager will call back. I have called every day for the past three days and they say the same thing.

Suggested solution:

Mytrip needs to contact the airline immediately and ask for the available tickets. I understand there are no availble tickets for Mytrip but I spoke with the airline and in this situation Mytrip is supposed to contact the airline, this is an actual protocol that Mytrip is supposed to know. The airline cannot override my booking but can if it is agreed with Mytrip.
