My complaint:
Myself abhimanyu. I booked my flight with mytrip through online ads. And I booked it for 18th of January from Melbourne to New Delhi.
But unfortunately, I couldn’t make it happen because of injury in my left thumb and in ankle. I provided proper certificate to mytrip for my refund, and it was given by me on 13th of January to airline. One of mytrip airline staff ed it that we got your mail and will be forwarded ahead for ation to thai airways to get your refund. But from that day and till now 17/05 I haven’t got anything. Every time mytrip idiot fellas make excuses that we haven’t got or we haven’t applied for your refund. I’m in stress this time I lost my $2500 which i hardly earned for travelling to India and to meet my family after long time.
Suggested solution:
I need my refund ASAP. Because I waited for long time and after 4-5 months they guys are saying that we haven’t got your document. If I do something wrong with myself these guys are responsible for it.
