My complaint:
I have booked flight ticket on 11th Apr 2023 using direct site Mytrip.com.
After all transaction, travel details and payment, i didnt get any ation about ticket and payment at the end. So, i rebooked due to fare may get change… Once the rebooking is done….
Next day morning i received 2 ation tickets…Even my bank side payment not deducted at the time of booking on 11th Apr but next day received ation from Bank side and Mytrip.com side about transaction ation.
So, how they hold my transaction at the time of booking and same ation on next day???
I think this site is Fake and they can play with customers by holding transactions and later release…
Also, Now the customercare team saying cannot cancel the ticket as its raised for dispute… I have 2 tickets for same date travel with same agency Mytrip.com
