My complaint:
we booked flights via mytrip.com December 2021, 4 days after booking govt stopped travel due to covid19 we were issued a credit voucher to be used within 1 year, we have been trying for the last month to rebook and each time we get told they cannot price the new itinerary and that they will raise with support team and get back to us, no one contacted us, we are calling regularly and have the same issue. concern is that we are approaching the 1 year and we will loose the voucher valued at approx £1700.00. i have requested a refund and told we cannot have a refund, i cannot loose this money, happy to travel any date bet they cant seem to price it. what can i do?
