My complaint:
I had booked my Muscat Delhi ticket by the site. Due to Covid the flights got cancelled. Through email I was ONLY given an option to open the ticket, which I did.
Now I am trying to rebook or ask for the refund. The only mode of communication is through International call, which is very expensive, I have been trying for the same and getting ‘No Response’. I tried at all different times but no one picks up the phone.
I even wrote to them couple of time, no response yet!!
If booking is difficult, I want my refund.
Suggested solution:
Re-book the ticket through email or calling me.
Or give the full refund as flight got cancelled
