Mytrip.com complaint: No refund for a whole year

My complaint:

I have waited 1 year to have my refund. The flight was refunded by the airline and My trip have sat on that money, unwilling to return it back to me.

Suggested solution:

Pay my refund as there is no reason for it to take this long
