My complaint:

Hi, I purchased ticket from mytrip.com and my flight scheduled
changed from airline. Mytrip gave me option to cancel my ticket
and full refund or select another travel schedule. My booking no.
with mytrip is LGELST. I choose to cancel my ticket and get full
refund. It’s almost 3 months now but I haven’t got my refund yet.
and mytrip not giving me details of my refund. I contacted airline
and they told me they haven’t received refund request from
mytrip. I am expecting CAD $3475 and it’s almost 3 months but
no progress or update on my refund. I called multiple time mytrip
for the update but no update they are saying my request is still in
process. Can you please resolve this issue?
