My complaint:

I booked a ticket from Amsterdam to Karachi. The staff told me that if you want to change it, we will charge 50 Euros and nominal fee around 30 Euros which is total 80 Euros. I asked them to make it an open ticket. When I asked to book new flight, they told me that my booking was in the business class. I never opted for business class. The Indian agent never showed any proof that my booking was in the business class. He told me that a difference of 280 is because of the fare difference as my seat was reserved in business class. This is horrible.

Suggested solution:

You need to investigate this issue. The way Indian agent put me on hold for several times was very tricky. He was definitely asking someone how to charge extra. Then, they only give you one hour to pay. This is horrible. I dont understand why are they even allowed to operate in Netherlands.
