My complaint:
I have bought online tickets to travel from Johannesburg to Luanda ( via Lusaka and Dubai), the reservation number was sent to my email and payment taken from my account for the full flight. When I went to Johannesburg for boarding I was not allowed because it was claimed that Mytrip did not process the ticket from Lusaka to Dubai, although i have paid I was not allowed to board or rebook because no ticket has been issued.
Suggested solution:
Full refund of the amount or issue a new ticketvoucher that can be used.
