My complaint:
I accidentally booked a one way flight instead of round trip through “mytrip” with air europa airlines. This airline company has a 24 hours cancellation policy but when I called (after a few minutes) to the representatives in “mytrip” they lied saying air europa doesn’t have this policy and refused to cancel my flight and reimburse me for my money.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my flight according to the airline policy and refund me for the total amount.
