My complaint:
This is the most terrible customer service experience I have ever had! Our flights were cancelled by the airline 48 hours before flying from Australia to Europe. MyTrip said they had no other options, and we would have to re-book independently. Four months later, I am still waiting to receive any information about refunds, even after phoning the company every week since May. I am told the same story every time I phone up, that my claim is sitting with the ‘support team’ and no management is available to speak to. This company takes no responsibility for its customers and has blatantly stolen nearly $2000AUD. Save yourself the stress and never use this company!!!!
Suggested solution:
Provide a refund in full for flights that were cancelled by the airline.
