My complaint:
On 05072022, I bought a air ticket from Singapore to Zhengzhou via mytrip.com. However, the flight has been cancelled by the airline and i’m eligible for a full refund from the airline. Hence, i submitted a refund request to my.trip.com on 06082022. Has been contacted mytrip.com via phone few times to check on the refund status. They always give a same answer that they yet to receive any refund from the airline.
