My complaint:
I bought a ticket from São Paulo to Auckland with ONE stop at Doha-Qatar.when I received an itinerary I noticed that it said technical stop at Australia when I called my trip they said that the plane is not stop at Adelaide. I am holder a Colombian passport then I did not apply for Austria visa because I trust then .I could not flight bcs of the visa and my trip does not want to refund all my money , my trip changed my flight and gave me a wrong information
Suggested solution:
I only want my all amount I paid for the ticket .
