My complaint:
On 19th April we contacted the airline to ger a refund due to a death in the family. The airline said we had to contact mytrip.com to get the refund. Mytrip.com are not responding and after reading reviews I have no faith. Can you please help me to get my refund?

Provide me with a refund as per the airlines email.
