My complaint:
I have tried contacting the company several times and waited more than 2hrs on the phone but they either hang up or don’t answer at all. My flight is on the 21st and I have been positive- Covid. I have flexible ticket and should if not have to pay £45 to change my ticket, but since they are not answering the phone I have to pay. This has happened twice now. I want my money back!!!The worst customer service ever!!!
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund for the inconvenience although I will be changing my flight and pay with my own money for it. I have now failed an official complaint with Complan.biz
