My complaint:
Calling call center asking for booking changes. Waited for 40mins, someone answered and asking for information, after searching for my bookings, she put me on hold for another 30mins, then a guy answered and ask for booking number again, then told me that there’s errors on his computer and need to transfer me to another department, this time I was on hold for more than an hour and I gave up. Nothing was being resolved. Mytrip is the worst agency I have encounter, I will definitely not using Mytrip again. I have filed a complaint on complain.biz
