My complaint:
I purchased a return flexible flight for the 04th November 2021. The flexible status meant that I could rebook the flight free of charge if need be.
2 weeks before my flight, my family caught covid and so I was unable to fly out. I subsequently sent an email ticket via their website asking to reschedule the ticket. The next day I receive a reply stating that in order to change my flight I needed to call them.
I’ve called them so many times now, I’ve complained to my bank and I’ve tried every possible way to contact them. After multiple times waiting in their phone queue for over an hour, I never managed to get hold of them. I would at the least want my money back and if not that, then to at least give me a different flight as this has completely ruined my mood over the past month.
