My complaint:
My ticket was on 27/12/2022 I bought this ticket for £986 because my father passed away. My flight was cancelled, In 04/01/23 they received refund from airlines I can see it on my trip apps, it should not be taken no more than 6 days,it said on the apps.but I am still waiting for my refund.every time I contacted with them , they said somebody will contact me in 24h,48h,72h or 1h , escalating, payroll is working etc.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund money.
