My complaint:
I canceled a flight and got a 90% voucher for it. I got the code for it on my email. However it does not work. I connected to the live chat to get help and they were not able to help me. Finally, when they told they were trying, they disconnected and now no one is connecting. I
Suggested solution:
Solve the voucher problem and if they can't, refund me my voucher instead of disconnecting from the chat and saying I must be the one entering my info wrong.
