My complaint:
I made a booking to travel on 03022023 and received the itinerary with a travel date showing 03302023, When I checked the iternary and informed my trip over the phone that the travel date went wrong in the itinerary.
After several explanations, the customer service person advised me that a specialist team is looking after it and will refund the money and cancel the flight.
As I travelled the other way and back to the country and checked nothing happened. When I checked with my trip yesterday -the customer service person was very route and cut my call and refused to talk further.
Suggested solution:
I am very much dissatisfied -this is very normal to make a human error to book - but I have a consumer right to say I did not get the product I wanted -and to ask for a refund.
