My complaint:
I wish to extend my return flight to Dublin. LHM1UR
1) Your web site says go to my bookings , which sends you another page with a obsolete phone number
2) Frantic web searches find hidden a different phone number.
3) After 1 hour 15 waiting for the call to be picked up finally the operator s my flight. ONLY to be referred to another operator 1 hour and 35 min later no response….. gave up.
Still trying to change my Singapore return trip.

Get your Management to try and use the lines of communication and see first hand the frustration, near panic in resolving these issue .
How should they resolve:
