My complaint:
Yesterday I have tried to buy a flight through mytrip. At the end of the purchase, an error message appeared on the screen, saying that it was not possible to complete the purchase and to try again. So I did. An error message appeared again saying that the purchase could not be completed and to try again. This time I didn’t try again. This morning I had two reservations for the same flight and they charged me for both reservations. When I called customer support I was told to call the airline and cancel the reservations. They’ll charge me 60% for each one of the tickets I wasn’t able to buy.
Suggested solution:
Refund me for the tickets
