My complaint:
I bought two tickets from Adelaide to Melbourne. Flight was cancelled the other day. The trickest thing is I bought the FLEXIBLE COVID18 INSURANCE tickets which they say FREE REBOOKING AND REBOOK WHENEVER YOU WANT. They still insist to charge me $56 for handling fee no matter I rebook or refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to HELL this scammer! I would never use it again!
