My complaint:
Hi. My flight has been cancelled by airline and I have sent 3 emails to Mytrip to ask how can I get a refund? I received no replies! I have decided to call them and was waiting for 2 hours for anyone to pick up however no one picked up the phone. I have now received an email from my phone provider saying I spent £80 pounds on the call which no one picked up.

Please I need a refund for my tickets and compensation for the money I have spent being in the queue
