My complaint:

Good morning, when making the change of date (in the purchase of a flexible ticket, with checked baggage), of the traveler Cesar Danilo Petricevic Ostermann, on November 6, 2022 Santiago – La Paz, the assistant who assisted me from Tripit, I change the date of the flight but not that of the CHECKED BAGS, and when I boarded the airline they charged me again for the BAGS, therefore I paid twice for the baggage, since the assistant should also see this modified and do the respective change.
My claim is this for its return, whether it is the payment made to Tripit or to the LATAM airline.

Suggested solution:

You have to return the money, what ever wich i paid to LATAM airleines or what i paid to tripit
