My complaint:
I bought a ticket and the system changed the date to fly back to my country. I was told by MyTrip I should cancel that specific reservation and make a new one and that I would be fully refunded, but 3 weeks later I havent received my refund and I had to pay the 400$ MyTrip owes me to the bank!!
Volaris already refunded My Trip 3 weeks ago, and they still have my money!!
Suggested solution:
give me back my money
