My complaint:
We have booked and paid flights to China US and China through My Trip- ref L0G12Q, flight no QZZHO4 ( flying Cathay Pacific) just before the pandemic and were unable to use the flights due to the pandemic but since then it has been a battle with My Trip to get the money refunded! We have a proof that Cathay Pacific refunded the cost of the flights to My Trip but this dishonest and unprofessional company is adamant to keep the money and not refund us and coming up with all the tricks of the trade, lies and excuses to keep us at bay.
Every other major travel companies refunded their customers but My Trip is illegally keeping everyone’s money which they are by law obliged to return! They need to be reminded that they can not get away with it and they have a legal obligations to return the money to thousands of customers and start acting like a responsible and professional travel company! Your help is greatly appreciated!
