My complaint:

I’m complaining through complain.biz and resolver.

I booked a flight from Alicante to New York and it was cancelled due to COVID. I have made numerous calls – definitly over 10. I’ve also made a previous complaint aswell. The calls were originally waiting on aireuropa to process the refund. When I made the complaint someone got in touch with me telling me air Europa have made the refund and they will refund inminently back to my account. The last update was a couple of months ago. I am sick to death of chasing you around. I request you process my refund immediately and to be honest I deserve a good well payment for all the hassle so offer me one of them. The phone calls take 40 mins – 1 hour to get in contact with someone where quite frequently the line gets disconnected. Like I said it’s been over 2 years since i booked this. I have been chasing it all year and do the right thing !!
