My complaint:
I booked a flight from Melbourne to Delhi on 1st February 2021 from au.mytrip.com . It got canceled and I did not get any refund till now. They are not even responding to my complaint.
I got frustrated because of their behaviour.
Suggested solution:
They did nothing as of now.
