Mytrip.com complaint: Not refunding money

My complaint:

The airline cancelled my flight and told me to request refund from the third party, which happens to be mytrip.com . I called and emailed them multiple times and sometimes they tell me that I will get refund back in 5 days, and sometimes they say they can not refund me. A literal scam network. Never ever will I book through them.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money as they promised.
