My complaint:
I bought my daughter return flights from BHM to Alicante.
When she returned on the 23rd March 2022, Ryanair said Hold Luggage hadn’t been paid for.
Even though she showed them the screenshot of it clearly being included they refused to let her board without paying €59.99 for her suitcase.
I’ve also seen this tactic from them when we flew to Portugal early Feb, however nobody checked the bags we actually PAID FOR anyway!
Suggested solution:
Refund the €59.99 without delay
