My complaint:
Im very very upset with mytrip.com, they are horrible site, when i bought the ticket i didn’t know it was on america basis, i made mistake because i thought it was the trip.com, european site. I bought the ticket, but i need to change it, or if not possible, to cancel it. I never got reply from them, i can’t write for support, i just got lausy reply that if i waant to cancel it i need to call on phone. I try to call 2 times, but it keep me waiting and waiting and i am calling from Portugal wich is very expensive.Today i try to ented the site with my ticket number and i can’t find it.Where is my reservation? I want my money back. I don’t want to have anything to do with this fake site. If they can’t sell abroad they should just sell in USA. I was deceived and i want my money back.
Suggested solution:
I want they to reply to me and either give me my money back.And if they don't give me my money back i will make a complaint of fraud to the police.
I wasn’t expecting this bad experience with a company I’ve respected for years I booked my ticket to the USA via Air Canada. I didn’t know that I needed a transit visa so i tried to change my booking via the website and over the phone for hours but no answer I am sending to my friends in the USA to try to contact you. you have to make complaint here, they also didn’t reply me, just after i made complaint here, they sent me email asking if i wanted to cancel the flight, i reply yes, they didn’t say anything yet…im waiting. We must be careful about the sites we buy the tickets because with covid restricitons it’s completely crazy to travel, i already lost a lot of money, and the air flights company recover a lot of money from this….
