My complaint:
I searched Skyscanner for a ticket from PEK-NYC and LAX-PEK for my summer trip. and SkyScanner jumpped to Mytrip of this order and mytrip offered me an offer of 25252 CNY. After I paied everything and it charged me 25755 CNY(3616USD) with an extra fee, or I can say extra fee of my order. I immediately contacted mytrip with Online chat and TELEphone for customer services and Mytrip said the fee was charged by my bank. So I contacted my bank and my bank did a detailed inspection and said the fee was deducted by Mytrip’s bank. I come back to Mytrip and it still said it did not receive any fee of it, and they did not have an email claim way to file a claim, or even I can not contact to the supervisor of the customer service representive. I finnaly understood the website(mytrip) is a cheat website and with hidden fee. I also searched from other website and the price was even lower lol(my bad).
This finnally influenced my trip cuz I wanted to refund my ticked with an panelty but the extra fee was not sure retured, so negatively influenced my dicission to cancel my flights.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the extra fee. and give me a right to cancel my ticket with same panelty as before.
