My complaint:
I would be ashamed and embarrassed with the appalling treatment I, as a traveller, had to endure at the hands of your company. The incompetence and lack of care of your service is shameful.
I booked a flight from Tbilisi to London via your service. I was provided two flights for the journey on different airlines with a lengthy stopover in Istanbul.
I caught my flight from Tbilisi and landed in Istanbul. Once on the ground, I proceeded to try to find my next flight. I asked people where the Wizz airline was, and none of them had heard of it, which was quite confusing for me.
There was no clear instructions, except that I had to go to the check-in desk. I proceeded to go through the lengthy airport immigration at which point they told me that I needed to have a Visa to go through. Again I was confused because I was transiting not visiting.
I found somebody who advised me that the ticket flight was from a different airport. Yes, a different airport! You can imagine how extremely pissed off I was.
I had to buy a Visa. I had to leave that airport and pay for a bus to take me to the other airport, which is approximately an hour away.
It is absolutely shameful that your service provided me with connecting flight, but from a different airport.
You should be ashamed that you company provides such an appalling service.
You may say that I should have check the flights. WHAT COMPANY WITH ANY INTEGRITY WOULD EVEN THINK TO HAVE A FLIGHT ARRIVE IN ONE AIRPORT FOR TRANSIT AND LEAVE FROM ANOTHER.
THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.
