My complaint:
after booking with Mytrip 4 weeks prior to departure, China southern airlines rang me a week before departure saying China has banned entry to all from the Uk unless Chinese. so over a period of a week have emailed Mytrip rang them 3 times a day everyday spoken to a supervisor to be told eitgher i wont get a refund or we are still trtying to cotact the airline. the airline have rung me twice now. and actually cant belive themlseves what is happening. after all the emails calls to this day i have not had 1 call or 1 reply from Mytrip
Suggested solution:
speak with the airline using the details i was given by the airline to alolow them to that they have offered an involuntary refund.
