My complaint:

I booked a flight and wanted to change the name as it was incorrect. They contact the airline and got back to me saying it had been voided and they’re charging me £45 cancellation when I never asked for that. The airline said they would change my name free of charge and I’ve lost nearly all of my ticket money. I have filed a complaint on
