My complaint:
Booked flight london to Vegas in business class via calgary after searching on skyscanner.
Booked on mytrip and after a month or so the one way flight changed and the options did not suit me as I had to be in Vegas at a certain date.
Asked for full refund. They said they would take 30 dollars fee. I received 250 dollars give or take from a 1500 dollar booking.
Despite around 15 emails it just goes around and around and they say they have refunded me. They do this with other clients as well.
This company are a scam and I suggest that anyone who Booked like me after searching skyscanner also contact skyscanner to voice concerns about these fraudsters.
Do not book with this company. Liars
Suggested solution:
Refund my money that I am owed due to changes in itinerary.
I was entitled to a full refund and receive a minimal amount.
They do not acknowledge your complaint and just regurgitate the same nonsense
