My complaint:
Subject: Complaint Regarding Extra Bag Charges and Request for Refund
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent online booking I made through mytrip.com for a trip from TLV to ATH. ,
I encountered an issue that has left me feeling misled and seeking a resolution.
During the booking process, I was presented with an option to purchase an extra bag for an additional fee of $17 for each leg of the journey. Considering my travel requirements, I decided to add the extra bag for both legs, assuming it was necessary and in line with your agency’s policies.
However, upon receiving the ticket, I noticed that the bag allowance for the TLV to ATH leg was actually free of charge. This discovery left me feeling manipulated and deceived presentation during the booking process. I believe this lack of transparency regarding the bag charges was misleading and contradicted the information provided during the transaction.
Fellis like incorrect price information and misleading advertising
Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the extra bag charges incurred for the TLV to ATH leg, as it was ultimately unnecessary and misrepresented to me during the booking process.
I try to contact them and request a refund, but all they say is bags are not refunded.
I know that it’s only 17$ for me, but this issue is extremely annoying.
for me maybe it’s 17$ but it could be much more for other customers!!

That I will get a refund, and they will fix the online booking and give the real information and will not mislead the customer
