My complaint:
I had booked a flight through MyTrip for the 26th of July, 2022, which was later cancelled by the Airline itself (Wizzair). MyTrip refuses to disclose the details used to do the booking and is charging me 15 GBP to just initiate the refund for the cancellation although this was through no fault of my own. The airline on its website explicitly states that the refunds from its end can be done with no charge and they will also accommodate rebookings but MyTrip does not offer any of these things. I do not understand why I have to pay any extra amount for the cancellation as it wasn’t done by me.
Suggested solution:
Initiate a full refund of my ticket amount without additional charges.
