My complaint:

I made a booking on line ref 1904156022
London Gatwick to Orlando for 4 adults (CW17253872) cost 2387.99 GBP
I realized i had made a mistake as this was only one way. The next day I cancelled the booking and made a new booking with an agent called Richard. He said I would have to wait for the credit which could take up to 6 weeks? I said I would be happy to use this credit for the new flight but he said this was not possible and I would have to pay in full for the new flight. I paid the flight and also booked some additional flights and hotels.
I finally received a credit for 627.90 GBP which is outrageous

Suggested solution:

I want a credit in full or I will take legal action as this is clearly wrong.
