My complaint:

Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel agents

The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a ticket 2319405359 and did not enter middle name as the website did not ask for it when booking, only states after you make an payment it will say make sure you add the name how it is on passport, so I had to rebook another ticket for £220 totalling £440 for the ticket.
I asked for a refund but they gave it to me in voucher which I did not need because I purchased another ticket from my monies, I rang up and they said that they will put the request in and will not guarantee refund into account, but all this happen within 1 hour of purchasing the ticket

It occurred on: 2023-03-23

This meant that It made me feel stressed as I am going holiday, and is 220£ minus which is affecting financially and also mentally l, I can not stop thinking about the terrible service I been provided with whilst I am on a break

Refund the monies back into the account and not in voucher

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
