My complaint:
i booked a flight with lastminute.com on the 29082022 ,but soon after unfortunately i heard the news of a family member who has passed away so i requested the flight cancellation almost the same day my request was denied. So I submitted a request for a different flight-date that was also refused because they unable to provide it .so i requested the availability they have for the month of july2023
no response.
Suggested solution:
a full refund or to provide me with a flight from 24072023 onward for 10 days
