My complaint:
I booked the hotel in Dubai for my stay from November 1 St to 5 th of November and have paid the full amount of 38k INR and received ation of my booking from last minute with booking ID 2485903863 and when checked with hotel they said there is no booking as such. It’s been48 hours and still there is no response from last minute. If I had believed this ation and landed in Dubai with my family in this hotel what will be my state, oh god!!
Suggested solution:
Either they need to my booking with upgraded room paying the penalty for causing this much of pain and stress to me or provide a compensation of double the room price booked for
