My complaint:
Kiwi issued a TAP Portugal voucher which has no monetary value. It’s impossible to contact kiwi – no response from repeated emails sent since last summer. Phone contact to UK and Portugal don’t recognise the booking number. I’ve received a full refund for the return flight from easyJet.
Suggested solution:
I want a monetary refund for the US 214$ voucher which was invalid as kiwi retained the money.
