My complaint:
Bought tickets through kiwi.com to fly from Tbilisi, Georgia to Istanbul, Turkey for the blight on 11072021 on Pegasus airline. Flight was canceled and Pegasus told me that refund money were returned to kiwi.com account. I requested refund from Kiwi on 11092021. Received ation email that my request received but after that never heard from Kiwi and no money returned.
Suggested solution:
Refund full price as it should be covered by their guarantee.
