My complaint:

After the pandemic I wanted a family flight ticket to Innsbruck and paid £1800 thorough Kiwi for flights via jet2.
One portion of the flights was cancelled therefore I decided to cancel the whole package as the subsequent extra fees were extortionate- an extra £600 for rebooking. We found cheaper flights elsewhere and the website ensured that we would get refunds for the other flights. This has not been the case and I am unable to gain a refund; in fact unable to speak to anyone in person regarding this situation. Like everyone at the moment, we are stretched financially and this is an expense that I can not afford. In fact it is illegal.

Suggested solution:

A full refund of my flight purchase as soon as possible and an apology for the dreadful service.
